WHEEE.training was okay today.did 4 sets of 800m.hmmm.not really good.HAIZ.i'm really not prepared for nationals.after 4 sets of 800m did 4 sets of 200m.but the second set i was slacking.i only run 100m then i sneak to the water cooler to drink water.the weather is just so hot!after that did cool down.was about 0415 le.and guess what.MR LIM ASKED US TO DO 4X400M.ike right after we finish our cool down.argh.waste our energy.effort and time to cool down.so he asked us hurry.so changed back into the spikes and went to the starting point.jespreet was our first runner.followed by yu ning. qian wei and then me.some of the actual runner was not here.jaspreet was quite okay.only the distance between the CHIJ katong pri gal is quite far.so we were behind.haha.next was yu ning.she was good.she manage to close up the gap smaller.like about 5-10m apart.then is qian wei.was about the same.but we were still behind.soon it was my turn.i dunno why but there's a feeling that i should sprint all the way.so i didnt even think whether i can still run te last 100m and sprint all the way.and really.i cant sprint the last part.but it was like the slow down pace.and the happier thing was my timing is 68 SECONDS!hahaha.that made today training happy (:
during the second set of 800m.i suddenly feel like shitting.so i went toilet.but tt damn person in the toilet just wouldnt come out.so i didnt shit and did my second set.straight after the second set.i try going to the toilet.haha.i took so long to shit.mayb i'm suffering from consitpation.haha.oh ya.another funny thing.the pri sku gals.they were going crazy when they realise i was doing speedwork.they were like "i also want to do.i also want to do." and they're really crazy doing speedwork.and the worst thing is those seng keng people was also laughing?i wonder whats there tp laugh.HAHA.
after trng we went mac.super funny.i went to trick alvina into 'feeling' the sauce coz i got tricked before.haha.in the hand i push her hand down and she kena.then i run to the toilet.so did she.she was quite behind me.when she open the door.she tot it ws me and she gave a BOO!in the end she scare the toilet cleaner!and the toilet cleaner was quite old.HAHAHA.and when i was alway.sarah put curry sauce into alvina's sprite.and she drank it!hahaha.and sarah shoot ice at me and i shoot at her back.it was damn damn damn funny at mac.after mac.we went J8 and shop ard and then on the bus.oh god.it was super crazy on the bus.sarah started acting cute.and i also acted cute coz i ask her to and both of us started acting cute! i was totally disgusted.so i played this slapping game with alvina.she got slapped by me so many times! and she slap me once only.
