had trng ystd at ngee ann.i left house at 0230.no one's going trng.becoz.argh.dun mention.onc ei mention my blood boil.now i noe the reason why pl track never achieve any results.so.i went with yujun.hmmm.she said i was like damn devoted to track becoz trng starts around 0430-0500 and i went at 0300.haha.so i went to her house.i learn how to play a song.erm.is.i forgot lar.i just hope i still noe how to plae tt song.haha.so.4p.m arrived and we went to take the bus.and we're late in the end.haha.trng was damn tired.i had a headahce.becoz i slept in the bus facing the sun.haha.i did 5 sets of 400m and 4 sets of 800m.can die lor.after trng.i bought brownie! haha.and chips and a cup of zapple.reached home around 9.becoz i waited for 20 minutes.so many mosquito bites.
watched mr and mrs smith on sunday.it was nice! the way they kill people.shoot and drive.WOAH.
